Yes, once your order has left our warehouse, we’ll e-mail and SMS you a tracking link. Please note that this e-mail may sometimes be flagged as junk mail.

Our warehouse normally dispatches your order within 1-2 business days. Our ultimate goal is to ship your order within 24 hours.

Delivery times: 

– US: 3-4 business days
– Europe: 2-7 business days
– Rest of the world: 5-12 business days*

* Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need more exact delivery time for your country/city.

You will be able to follow all the updates of your shipment through the tracking number shared with you via e-mail and SMS, as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

ORDERING

Shortly after you’ve placed your order, we will e-mail you your order confirmation. Please note that this e-mail may sometimes be flagged as junk mail.

If you haven’t received confirmation, please contact our customer service as something may have gone wrong.

If you want to cancel an order you have placed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If we have already shipped your order, it falls under the return category (more information in the relevant section) and fees may apply. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, this will be handled as a normal return. So you have to send the items you want to exchange back to us so that we can refund the amount. For the items you want instead, simply register a new order in our web shop. 

However, if for any reason you did not get the exact product you expected, just simply notify us.

PAYMENT

We accept payment with VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, AMEX, PayPal and other. It is also possible to make the payment via a bank/wire transfer, please get in touch for further details.

If you haven’t received a delivery notification within 3 business days, this may be because the shipping company has the wrong phone number or email. Contact our customer service for further assistance.

Don't worry; Delivery company will try to deliver your package a second and third time. However, we highly recommend contacting delivery company to confirm the next delivery day.

RETURNS & CLAIMS

We offer a 30-day right of return. This means that if you contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your goods, you have the right to return your purchase.

Yes, returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs). 

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, this will be handled as a normal return. So you have to send the items you want to exchange back to us so that we can refund the amount. For the items you want instead, simply register a new order in our web shop. 

However, if for any reason you did not get the exact product you expected, just simply notify us.

If we mistakenly ship the wrong items or if any of the products you receive are defective, then naturally you can return them free of charge. Contact our customer service with your order number and a photo and we’ll assist you immediately.

We will refund the amount to your account, within 3-5 working days after accepting and receiving the return in our warehouse. 

Note: If you have used a discount or promotion code, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the total order.
